Hiatus from the Bentley

Last week was my last week at the Bentley for basically the rest of the Summer until the end of August.  I feel like I got to a great stopping point.  I wrapped up all of my materials and handed them over to my mentor.  It kind of sucks to have to put the project down.  I've been really enjoying the project and several people that I could have worked more closely with were on vacation while I was there so some aspects of the project that could have been developed, weren't.  ah well.  That is ok.  I will have the end of August.  I am not sure that I will be in the Bentley the entire week, but I will be there for several days at least so that will be good.

I do have a homework assignment over the intervening weeks which is to work on the online exhibit.  It doesn't have to be as big as I thought it was going to be, but I would like to make it fairly comprehensive...I hope.

In the meantime, I take off for Singapore on Monday of next week so I'm frantically running around doing errands and chores.  I've started the motorcycle, done some shopping for the trip, built my online course shell, and have been syncing computers and what not so everything is ready to go.  I still have a list that is as long as my arm to work through but as long as I can do a few things a day, I should make it.  YAY!
